Nothing too exciting () I just wanted a page that more clearly explains my new project.

About the project

Recently, I've been making many chibi sets for shows (Pokemon, Bones in the future etc) But, not too long ago I made a chibi 'hug me' (as I call them) of myself for a mini-gift I was making and then the idea popped into my head:

I should make a chibi 'hug me' set of dA people! (Yay!)

All together there will be 5 subsets of larger dA chibi set. The dA set will have a total of 20 dA members - 19 of which are members that belong to a subsets (the 20^th member being myself).

So what does this have to do with me?

Well, one of those subsets is open to any dA member. I don't even have to know you. Friends, watchers, complete strangers, I really don't care so long as I have a reference picture

Cool! What do I get?

You will get a small "ID" all for yourself once I finish your Chibi, once all the chibis of a subset are done your chibi will be placed there as well. And, naturally, your chibi will be part of the dA chibi set.

Because of how the numbers add up I'm taking 6 members for the set.

Thanks for the info! Sounds great, but what do I need to do?

Well, first, contact me in some way saying that you want to be added to this project. Secondly, (and almost just as important) be prepared in the future to link me to some sort of reference image. This can be anything: a photograph or a picture you've drawn of yourself.

But the key point is: the reference image should be of you, the artist, and not a character. I love an awesome character design as much as the next artist but the point of this project is to chibify the artist themselves and not their character(s).

If you like a particular outfit, then draw yourself with that cooleo outfit. The clothes do get transfered onto your chibi. You can even say 'Here's my reference image but can you draw me this this character's outfit' That's fine. If you're in love with a particular fandom and want that incorporated somehow all you have to do is let me know. Because if it's apart of you as a artist, then that should be reflected in your chibi.
